Mindfulness and meditation were integrated into my life at a young age. At that time, those elements were only concepts to me. Now, they are a way of life. I always preached to ‘live in the moment’ without fully understanding what that meant.
It wasn’t until I immersed myself in the study of Psychology and Buddhism, and committed to my meditation practice, that I began to experience what presence actually feels like—grounded, awake, and alive.
Through this journey, I’ve cultivated deeper self-trust, emotional openness, compassion, and a more harmonious relationship with both myself and others. I’ve learned that presence isn’t just a mindset—it’s a way of being.
Now, it's my passion to guide others through their own inner journey. My intention is to help you reconnect to your truth, access your intuition, and return home to yourself—one breath, one moment at a time.
